Returns & Exchanges

30 days to fall in love or part friends.

Being comfortable and confident in our clothing is our top priority! Free returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days after the ship date of your order. Items need to be unworn and have all hang tags included. Keep the friendship bracelet on us. 

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Face masks are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
• Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use
• Only orders over $50 qualify for free returns, limited to 1 free return label per order

To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following:

1. Contact us at hello@nadiagirl.com and include the order number, products you wish to return or exchange, and the reason.
2. We will process the request and send your prepaid shipping label via email. If your order was over $50, one return label per order is free. For all other returns, shipping will be deducted from your refund.
3. Send all items back to us with original tags, using the label provided. Include the packing slip.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from receiving the items.
