We currently ship within the US and to Canada.

US orders over $50 receive free shipping. Standard shipping is $5. International shipping is $12.

All orders are processed within 3 business days. Depending on your shipping method, it takes about 3-7 days to receive.

If an item is listed as a preorder item in the details, it means that we haven’t received it into our warehouse yet. As soon as we receive it, we will ship it out to you. Please note that if any part of your order contains non-preorder items, we will ship those out immediately. The estimated ship time for preorder items should be listed on the product page.

30 days to fall in love or part friends.

Being comfortable and confident in our clothing is our top priority! Free returns and exchanges (for orders over $50) are accepted within 30 days after the ship date of your order. Items need to be unworn and have all hang tags included. Keep the friendship bracelet on us. 

You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

To initiate a return or exchange, please do the following:

1. Contact us at hello@nadiagirl.com and include your order number, the products you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for returning.
2. We will process the request and send your prepaid shipping label via email. If your order was over $50, the return is free. For all other orders, the amount of the return shipment will be deducted from your refund.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and include your packing slip.
4. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days from receiving the returned item(s).

Similar to returns:

1. Contact us at hello@nadiagirl.com and include your order number, the products you wish to exchange, and the reason.
2. We will process the request and send your prepaid shipping label via email. If your order was over $50, the return shipping is free. For all other orders, the amount of the exchange shipment will be deducted from your refund.
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided and include your packing slip.
4. Exchanges will be processed within 3 business days from receiving the returned item(s) and your new item(s) will be shipped out.

All e-gift cards and face masks are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

We recommend using a tape measure to find your perfect fit. If you're in between sizes on our size chart, we suggest sizing up as our styles tend to run slightly smaller than others. If you're still unsure about your size, drop us a line at hello@nadiagirl.com and we'd be happy to help.

Wash in cold water and hang to dry. If you must dry, do so on a low heat setting. But warning, the original hearts on our waistband do not like the heat and may fall off.

The styles with the original rubber heart do not like the heat and may fall off if dried. You can try to reattach with fabric glue, or email us at hello@nadiagirl.com and we can send you replacement hearts that can be put on with an iron. Moving forward we will be using a different method to apply the hearts so they can't fall off.

Sustainability is important to us and we work hard to ensure our products and processes are eco-friendly. Here's a breakdown:

Packaging: Our packaging is 100% recycled and recyclable, so don’t throw it away!

Leggings and Radically Me Tees: Made from recycled polyester (think water bottles), and other sustainable materials like Modal and Tencel.

Cropped Tees and Face Masks: Made from 100% Cotton.

We work with various partners for our textiles and to get the best eco-friendly options. Our clothing is then cut and sewn in a factory in India that has a strong focus on employing and empowering women in need. They ensure fair wages, safe and healthy working conditions, and provide training to help advance women.
